Alfredo Olaya: He is a Metallurgical Engineer from the National University of Engineering with a master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Utah and a Global MBA from Centrum Católica. He has 25 years of experience in the mining sector, working in gold plants, equipment manufacturing companies, technology creators, as well as in consulting and education for the mining sector. He is the CEO and General Manager of InterMet Peru.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of La Plata, and since the beginning of his career, his motivation has been to work on creating value in project teams, focusing on management (PMO), improvement processes, business value, risk management, and productivity plans for projects.
