1. Venue and Date
<\/b>La II Conferencia Mundial del Cobre se realizar\u00e1 del 27 al 29 de abril del 2026 en el Centro de Exposiciones Jockey Club del Per\u00fa, ubicado en: Av. Javier Prado Este (Intersecci\u00f3n con Carretera Panamericana S\/N, Puerta 1, Hip\u00f3dromo de Monterrico Parcela 1) – Santiago de Surco, Lima.<\/p>

2. Participants
<\/b>Para participar, todo interesado deber\u00e1 acceder a la p\u00e1gina web: expocobre.com, y realizar su inscripci\u00f3n de acuerdo a la categor\u00eda elegida. Si surge alg\u00fan inconveniente o consulta, debe contactar al equipo de inscripciones del evento.
Los participantes deber\u00e1n completar la informaci\u00f3n solicitada en el formulario de inscripci\u00f3n y realizar el pago correspondiente a la categor\u00eda dentro de las 48 horas posteriores, de lo contrario la inscripci\u00f3n no procede y se dar\u00e1 de baja.
Los participantes deben recibir un correo de confirmaci\u00f3n con un c\u00f3digo QR luego de realizar el env\u00edo de sus datos y el pago, de lo contrario no podr\u00e1n ingresar al evento.
Para ingresar al evento, en caso de acceder a la entrada VIP deber\u00e1n efectuar su pago y registro hasta el 26 de abril hasta las 20:00 horas y deben recibir el correo de confirmaci\u00f3n con el QR de ingreso. Los registros y pagos que se reciban despu\u00e9s de la hora y fecha indicada, ser\u00e1n considerados como nuevos inscritos y deber\u00e1n acercase a los m\u00f3dulos de pre registro un d\u00eda previo al evento o de lo contrario el primer d\u00eda 27 de abril, para verificar que su registro est\u00e9 correctamente realizado.
El cambio de participante es permitido una sola vez (sin costo adicional) hasta el 01 de abril. El segundo cambio tiene el valor del 20% correspondiente a la categor\u00eda de inscripci\u00f3n. Todos los cambios son en coordinaci\u00f3n con el equipo de inscripci\u00f3n del evento.

3. Credentials
<\/b>The credentials are the documents that allow the identification of the participants in the event in relation to the category to which they belong, and will have an access control.
Se entregar\u00e1n en el \u00e1rea de registro ubicado en la entrada de la feria. El participante deber\u00e1 identificarse con su documento de identidad y con el c\u00f3digo QR enviado a su correo electr\u00f3nico. Se contar\u00e1 con los m\u00f3dulos de acuerdo a su categor\u00eda y con el c\u00f3digo QR enviado a su correo electr\u00f3nico.
The replacement of this document due to loss or theft, will have a cost according to the chosen category and you will have to go to the registration area in order to replace it.
The participant's badge is personal and non-transferable and must be worn at all times while the participant is at the event.
The participant is obliged to present his\/her identity card upon request.

4. Obligations of the participant<\/b><\/p>

In order to be accredited, participants must identify themselves at the registration area with their valid identity document (ID card, Alien Registration Card or Passport).
Bank charges shall be borne by the participant and\/or company.
International Metallurgical Consultants S.A.C. (organizer of EXPOCOBRE 2024) is not responsible for unidentified deposits.

      7. Billing<\/b><\/p>

      The participant must provide all the necessary information to issue the invoice or payment slip. These data must be completed in the registration form (applies to bank transfers to the current account and payments via web payment link). We are not responsible if the data sent in the form are not correct.
      We recommend that you provide the correct billing information:
      - Companies (INVOICE) : Company name, RUC, address.
      - Natural person (BOLETA): Name, ID card number, address
      For participants registering by Purchase Order, payment must be made prior to the start of the event.

      The information submitted on the registration form or by e-mail will be respected.
      Once the event is over, there will be no changes, claims or credit notes for invoices or receipts.
      El servicio de inscripci\u00f3n se encuentra afecto a detracci\u00f3n 12% y caso realicen el pago total de la factura y esta pase el monto de S\/ 700, el comprobante de detracci\u00f3n se enviar\u00e1 hasta el 10 de marzo.
      8. Withdrawa
      <\/b>There will be no reimbursement in case of cancellation by the participant or company.<\/p>

      The amount paid into the institution's accounts is considered, but not the bank charges or bank transfer fees. If the registration is made during the event, the original voucher must be presented to validate the registration. When making the deposit to the organizer's account, please include the CODE with one of these data (RUC, company name, invoice or voucher number and\/or participant's ID to identify the deposit.<\/p>


      10. Participant Responsibilities
      <\/b>In the event that an invalid credential is identified and\/or does not correspond to the participant, it will be confiscated and the participant will be prohibited from entering the event venue. Notwithstanding the fact that InterMet will make the respective report to the relevant police authorities within twenty-four (24) hours after the corresponding event has occurred.
      In the event that the participant shows signs of intoxication from alcoholic beverages or other intoxicants, he\/she will be asked to leave the fairgrounds immediately and his\/her badge will be permanently confiscated.
      In none of the above cases will you be able to claim any refund of the amount paid for your registration.
      The entry of sharp weapons, firearms and alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
      It is forbidden to carry physical or digital advertising if they are not part of the exhibitors of the event, only they have the authorization to enter the fairgrounds.
      Pets are not allowed.
      Minors are not allowed to enter.<\/p>


      11. Responsibilities of the Organizer
      <\/b>InterMet (organizador de EXPOCOBRE 2026) no se responsabilizar\u00e1 por el incumplimiento debido a situaciones de caso fortuito o fuerza mayor, regulados en el art\u00edculo 1315\u00b0 del C\u00f3digo Civil. Para estos efectos, se entiende como caso fortuito o fuerza mayor a aquella causa no imputable consistente en un suceso extraordinario, imprevisible e irresistible, que impida la ejecuci\u00f3n de sus obligaciones en relaci\u00f3n con la organizaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de la III Conferencia Mundial del Cobre – EXPOCOBRE 2026, que determine su cumplimiento parcial, tard\u00edo o defectuoso.

      12. Postponement of the Event
      <\/b>InterMet reserves the right to unilaterally modify the dates or location of the Event, in which case the participant will not be entitled to any type of compensation for such concept.<\/p>


      13. Access Control
      <\/b>The badge will be confiscated and entry to the event venue will be prohibited if an invalid badge is identified and\/or it does not correspond to the participant.
      All participants must have paid their registration fee before entering the event venue, otherwise access will be denied.
      All participants must identify themselves with their badge.<\/p>
